Felicity Jaggar

Welcome, and thank you for visiting. I provide psychotherapy and counselling in Cobham and surrounding areas, including Guildford, Esher, Weybridge, and Walton-on-Thames

Starting therapy can feel daunting, but finding someone you feel comfortable with makes all the difference. I offer a supportive, non-judgmental space where you can explore whatever is troubling you.

I work with adults and young people on challenges including anxiety, low mood, relationship difficulties, life transitions, and disordered eating. My integrative approach draws on humanistic, psychodynamic, and cognitive-behavioural methods, tailored to your needs and pace.

Whether you’re seeking short-term support or longer-term therapy, my aim is to help you feel heard, understood, and supported. Together, we can explore patterns in your life, develop coping strategies, and work toward the changes you want to make.

About me

I’m Felicity Jaggar, an MBACP-registered Integrative Psychotherapist practising face-to-face in Cobham, Surrey, and online nationally.

I began my career in the corporate world of finance and banking, where I learned the value of hard work, problem-solving, and practical solutions. While rewarding, I often felt a disconnect between that work and who I truly am. After taking time out to raise my family, I realised I wanted a career that felt more connected to my values, which led me to retrain as a psychotherapist—a challenging and rewarding journey of four years.

The skills I gained in my previous career—practical thinking, persistence, and a focus on solutions—now inform my work with clients. Having spent many years in the corporate world, I also understand the realities of professional life — the pressures, expectations, and challenges that can sometimes take a personal toll. I bring a grounded, thoughtful approach to therapy, helping each person find strategies and insights that feel relevant and achievable. I provide a safe, trusting space for adults and young people to explore their thoughts, emotions, and patterns in a way that feels personal and supportive.

My approach

I believe every person’s experience is unique, and what is helpful changes as life’s challenges shift. Using an integrative approach, I draw on humanistic, psychodynamic, and cognitive-behavioural methods, tailoring therapy to your individual needs and pace.

Together, we can:

  • Develop practical skills to manage current difficulties
  • Explore how past experiences may be affecting your life and relationships
  • Build awareness of patterns and coping strategies

At the heart of my work is a collaborative, authentic relationship, where you can feel listened to, accepted, and supported. Because our emotional wounds are often shaped by relationships with others, healing is frequently found through connection. A strong therapeutic relationship provides a space to explore patterns in how we relate to ourselves and others, notice coping strategies we may have adopted, and begin to understand how past experiences influence current challenges. Many people seek therapy because these patterns or anxieties make it difficult to live fully in the present. My approach aims to help you pause, reflect, and gain clarity — offering the opportunity to understand yourself better, address unhelpful patterns, and feel more in control of your thoughts, emotions, and choices.

I support people with challenges including

  • Anxiety and low mood
  • Relationship or family difficulties
  • Stress and self-esteem issues
  • Life transitions and bereavement
  • Addiction, abuse, or a loss of sense of self

Alongside my work with disordered eating, I also support women navigating the transitions of peri-menopause, drawing on my experience and integrative approach to help explore and manage these changes.
